Requirement / Qualifications
Academic/ Professional Qualification
- Bachelor degree in business or other related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in purchasing and contract development with multi-national companies.
- Excellent communication and business writing skills in English and Korean.
- Be able to analyze problems and opportunities and possess creativity in seeking and applying solutions through problem solving techniques.
Technical skills Required
- Motivated and pro-active with strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Basic knowledge and experience of international contracting procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft suite and SAP applications; good sense of software application literacy.
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Word Processor, Database, Power Point and Excel Worksheet.
- SAP Module Experience (PSA (PR, Vendor, Contract, PO)) is preferred; good sense of software application literacy.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in purchasing and contract development with multi-national companies.

- Be a good hand at open communication with others.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop contract actions in accordance with the Company's contracting procedures and corporate best business practices and ethics.
- Handle the business requirement to manage the contract/domestic procurement activities which may include day to day communication with different organizations.
- Support administrative support services when necessary under the general direction of head of department.

Develop and manage basic contracts in accordance with the company and corporate contracting policies and procedures, for a wide range of business, operations and process services from initiation of contract action request through to completion of contract close out.

Represent the company contracting function professionally both internally and with external contacts, be an advocate for the company contracting policies.

Perform according to the ARAMCO ASIA Contracting Manual and corresponding processes in SAP.

Perform the input and management of contracts data into SAP and generation of contract information for management reports from SAP.

Help proponents to seek advice from line manager for contract management related issues and/or administrative processes problems.

Advise on basic contracting issues and at all times base decision making and problem solving solutions on achieving the best possible contracting solution for the organization.

Help to seek prevention of negative audit observations or comments on contract files and action.

Support and perform contract development/approval activities in the development of contracts for a wide range of business and projects operations and process services, as required by the company.

Ensure that the items and services are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions. It includes handling the local procurement, creating PRs/POs in the system and overseeing and tracking the company assets.

Provide support to line manager for clerical work, like documentation and reporting, etc

Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by line manager.

Communicate with proponent team to follow up contract and support proponent with scope of work and company estimate preparation.
- Review and create the PR/Contract/Vendor/POs.
- Clarification of question from contractor and professional advice on the Company requirements and engagement.
- Negotiate with Contractor regarding matters in the contract.
- Ensure the delivery of service and product is aligned with agreed terms and conditions.
- Monitoring and general support & filing and document management.
