Requirement / Qualifications

Academic/ Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Personnel Administration, education, or related field.

Technical skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, programs and procedures. 
  • Interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Effective communication in English and Korean with fluent spoken and written.
  • Understanding of Korean business norm and practices. Being able to work under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
  • Having a sound knowledge on MS office (Excel, PPT, Word and outlook) and IT tools including SAP HR Modules.
  • Knowledge of Visa processing for expatriates in Korea.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll, HR operation would be plus.


  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences in HR or academic related field.
  • Preferred for possessing various work experiences as a team player or a leader.

Major Duties & Responsibilities


  • Provides administrative and support functions for individuals or group of individuals in one or more of the assigned Human Resources areas.
  • Conduct Personnel related activities under general supervision, including worktime management, compensation, and benefit.
  • Engage employees through effective employee relations. 


  • Provide assistance relating to Chapter 8 policies including but not limited to activation of allowances, relocation assistance (Visa Support), expense reports, cash advances, educational assistance payments with senior colleagues’ help.
  • Maintain HR system for International HR related issue.


  • Coordinate HR activities such as Recruitment, Headcount report, Staffing proposals and time management including leave.
  • Ensure JD, CV, Training records are updated on time and filled appropriately.
  • Support recruitment, interview management, and candidate contacting and document preparation.
