Requirement / Qualifications
Academic/ Professional Qualification
- Associate degree in IT or non-IT related bachelor's degree.
- CompTIA A+ or CCNA equivalent professional certification is preferred.
Technical skills Required
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills supported by solid written and verbal communication proficiencies in both Korean and English.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an IT administrator.

End user support
Workstations / Laptops OS installation / configurations
Microsoft Windows 10 / Office 365
Capable to support iOS and Android devices
Troubleshooting common end user issues in OS, VOIP, and hardware issues
Handled tickets through professional IT Service Management solution
- Infrastructure:
Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in network engineering
Minimum of 3 years hands on experience on telephony
Strong knowledge in commercial use audio / video technology

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to Head of Department.
- Work under guidance and supervision.
- Support IT users by reporting and resolving mid-level user IT issues. Configure operate and maintain end user IT systems and devices and branch office IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to both local office and Asia users.
- Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or over e-mail. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. Ask questions to determine nature of mid-level problems and walk customer through problem-solving process. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
- Research and follow technical procedures training manuals and train computer users. Administer and utilize helpdesk tools, user self-service center and ticketing systems.
Install, modify, reconfigure, update and repair computer hardware and software including OS and antivirus software by coordinating with senior colleagues. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), VoIP and other systems by assisting senior colleagues. Install and troubleshoot computer peripherals for users (such as printers, scanners, etc.). Configure and troubleshoot user mobile phone with configuration. - Create and maintain an inventory for company IT assets such as computers, monitors, phones, mobile phones, tablets, etc.)
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Line Manager/Department Head.
