Aramco Asia Korea signed an agreement today with the Climate Change Center as part of the company’s strategy to promote sustainable social development and addressed climate-related issues.

Founded in 2008, the center is the South Korea’s first nonprofit organization dedicated to environment and climate-related issues.

Through the agreement, Aramco will support the Climate Talk Concert within the framework of the corporate donation strategy to act as a good citizen in a country where it has presence. It also helps promotes informing and enhancing young people’s understanding of global energy cooperation, which has been under the patronage of the Climate Change Center since 2012.

A month ahead of the agreement, the Climate Change Center has recruited and launched a club of university student volunteers, “U-Savers,” which will plan and support the Climate Talk Concert during the year.
