HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Yeouido, Seoul

Job Type: Regular position

Overview: Aramco Asia Korea is seeking a HR Generalist to perform a full range of HR functions in one or more of the assigned Human Resources areas.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Domestic HR

  • Manage the PMP cycle, support salary review and bonus processes
  • Administer C&B operations including payroll, tax reporting, and leave management

  • Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Korean labor laws

  • Prepare headcount and budget reports and support cost control and workforce planning

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interview coordination

International HR

  • Provide guidance on expatriate policies and support visa issuance, and onboarding
  • Assist with relocation services, allowance activation, and expense processing

  • Maintain accurate records of international assignments

Training & Development

  • Coordinate annual training plans, collaborate with external vendors for effective delivery
  • Manage training budgets, track expenses, and maintain records

  • Support succession planning and development initiatives

General HR Operations

  • Maintain and analyze HR data for reporting and decision making
  • Respond to day-to-day HR inquiries and ensure timely processing and record management

  • Support overall HR operations and perform additional HR tasks as required

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Personnel Administration, Education, or a related field

 

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
  • Solid understanding of HR programs, policies, and procedures across domestic and international HR

  • Ability to manage payroll, tax reporting, leave administration, and analyze salary/bonus structures.

  • Knowledge of expatriate administration

  • Ability to coordinate and work effectively with external vendors

  • Proficiency in MS Suite(Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong analytical skills for HR metrics, headcount management, and cost reporting

  • Knowledge of Korean labor regulations and ability to ensure policy compliance

  • Detail-oriented, service-focused, able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of diversified experience in the HR field or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in PMP(Performance Management Program) process, and preparing reports for salary review.

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment

  • Experience in using HRIS and corporate systems(SAP Successfactors, Concur or similar enterprise applications)

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, particularly within Saudi Arabian corporate culture
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with tact and professionalism

  • Ability to conduct statistical analysis, solve problems, and work efficiently under time constraints

  • Demonstrated teamwork capabilities with potential for future leadership responsibilities
