Position Description
We are seeking for a Process Control System Engineer to join Jazan Refinery Complex. The refinery will have the capacity to process 400,000BPD of Arabian Heavy and Arabian Medium crude oils to product gasoline, ultra-low-sulfur diesel, benzene and paraxylene.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum of 10 years' experience on Blending and Movement Automation engineer, preferably with Honeywell, Foxboro, and Yokogawa Systems working on Oil and Gas plants.
Experience in process control systems, servers Administration and network security field in petroleum or closely related process industry.
Experience with DCS/BMA and Management of Change (MOC) programs.
Working knowledge of oil/gas related plant processes
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of control systems.
Familiarity with Blending Optimization and Supervision System for off- and on-line control optimization.
Familiarity with field instruments types and applications.
Familiarity of international standards and specifications.
Understanding of refinery facilities, tank farm and Feedstock/products movements
Duties & Responsibilities
You are expected to perform the following:
Provide engineering expertise support for running facilities on accurate, reliable and accessible inventory and movement information system.
Provide engineering assessment, engineering design package, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis.
Assess and review of repeated failures and bad actor blending and movement components
Responsible for design Concept, engineering/Specification, integration, installation and Maintenance.
Assist any requested day-to-day support in revolving plant operations problems by sustaining BMA functions.
