*This job is fixed term employment starting with 1 year contract and can be extended up to 2 years.
Requirement / Qualifications
Academic/ Professional Qualification
- Associate degree of above, Bachelor degree preferred.
Technical skills Required
- Excellent organizational work ability and attention to detail. Experience in engineering tasks coordination and tasks management
- Proficiency in MS office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Can carry out multi-tasks & deliver on time.
- Strong communication skill, relationship building, and service minded.
- Sensitive on data, well in analysis will be a plus.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English & local language.
- Flexibility to be able to work in other functional area is preferred.
- Good motivational and team building skills.
Experience
- Seven (7) years admin experience, including 5 years in the technical administration field.
- Have experience in Engineering company and international company.
- Fluent in English.
Personality
- Can work independently and teamwork is needed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously.
- Outgoing, positive, cooperative, result-driven
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Arrange engineering support schedules with multiple projects.
- Focal point for the department, interfacing with multiple users and arrange for service schedule.
- Develop priority matrix to efficiently use the resources and provide the required support for the projects.
- Develop regular service performance report.
- Handle the regular highlighting activities including data consolidation from the team (Weekly schedule, weekly highlight, monthly report etc.).
- Maintain necessary data in database and file documents.
- Support Division daily work and liaise with internal cross function as required.
- Support department events arrangements including management visits and all related activities.
- Facilitate meeting with external parties independently or with colleagues.
- Support the hiring process and the department employees setup with related internal organization.
- Support on language related issues (Draft a letter, Edit report, Translate).
- Support any ad hoc requests related to the department coordination, planning and admin activities.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Line Manager.
