Overview: Aramco Asia Korea is seeking Planning & Program analyst who provide staff assistance in departmental/operational analysis, planning and programs activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility includes but not limited to budgets, accountability, performance indices, cost control, contracts and Technical or business analysis projects or reports
- Design and prepare routine and special reports, providing basic analysis of business-related activities, coordinating administrative activities including coordination of procurement, and assisting in special studies as required and as appropriate in the organization concerned
- Keep the team leader informed of trends or special and unusual problems encountered, provide problem definition, and assist in solution development as assigned
- Occasionally provide work direction to other Analysts, clerical and/or administrative staff.
- Conduct special studies as assigned
- Perform routine administrative activities and meet any ad hoc request of administrative and secretarial jobs
- Maintain necessary data in database and file documents in a way that help facilitate/expedite the workflow
- Support Division/Department daily work and liaise with internal cross function to ensure smooth and excellent operation
- facilitate meeting with external agencies /vendors independently or with colleagues/managers
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Line Manager
Academic/Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or Financial Management or a technical degree with relevant experience.
Technical Skills Required:
- Good skills of oral and written English
- Working knowledge of operating area of assigned department
- Must have ability to perform statistical and problem analysis while working under time constraints
Experience:
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in management of operating costs, budgets, or related activities including 1 years' experience in leading analysis related projects
- Good team player, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
